Sonali Senthil: Eagle Scout!

Hello Everybody,

Congratulations to Sonali Senthil on becoming Troop 682G’s fifth Eagle Scout!

Sonali distinguished herself as a strong leader that always gets things done.  How many PLC’s have we been in where she’s focused our efforts, poked holes in our plans, and then in the next breath offered a solution?  It took us a year to convince her to go to Philmont, and now she’s done it twice–and a few days after our last Philmont trek she was on a plane to hike Mt. Kilimanjaro! 

Whether she was getting us in trouble with her sense of humor at Wilderness First Aid, lining us up for mess kit inspection at Oakoasis, or doubled over laughing around our final campfire at Philmont, Sonali inspires a lot of youth and adults in our troop.

She is studying Environmental Policy at UC Davis and I have no doubt the world will be better through her efforts!

Please congratulate Sonali on her achievement of Scout BSA’s highest honor!
